Units available on the market are too complicated or not identified as concept machine but more like skid units. Once again IST concept of modular design allows you to configure your machine according to your needs.
TW series have been designed to put in order and enhance tidiness in the washing area of your factory. The compact and modular design make it possible to install the unit everywhere and even with a double washing bay (optional) the footprint is small.
Structure
The machine is constructed from durable painted steel and is comprised of a single structure that houses the pumps, filters, control panel, storage tanks and washing bay.
The motorized washing head is fixed to a mobile support that moves vertically to ensure proper positioning during different phases of the washing cycle, whether the machine is actively working or in standby mode.
Washing Circuit
The device operates using solvent or designated cleaning agent depending on the nature of the residue that needs to be removed. The electric washing pump ensures that the solvent flows at constant high pressure. The washing circuit is designed to withstand the eventual corrosive effects of the cleaning agent and the high-pressure flow, and it is equipped with filters that prevent the main particles of soil from entering the washing nozzle and causing damage to the pump. The machine features a single tank divided into two compartments, one for semi-clean washing and the other for clean liquid rinsing. This tank is built into the frame of the TW. The storage capacity of the tank is sized to provide 50 complete washing cycles without requiring additional solvent.
